HMO
We are proud to specialise in HMO management with our current long lasting HMO client relationships evidence of this. Our services include a flat 15% HMO management fee. Landlords requiring compliance, repairs and maintenance management, we charge an additional 5%, ensuring every aspect of the property is handled to the highest standards. To ensure your property is ready for management, landlords must provide all required compliance documentation, including certificates for electrical and gas safety, fire alarm commissioning, emergency lighting, building regulations, HMO licensing and more. Once documentation is reviewed, a property inspection will be conducted to identify any additional work or compliance requirements before housing tenants. Upon successful completion of the inspection, we can proceed with discussing and finalizing management contracts.
